Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders Saturday through Thursday, excluding government holidays & Friday. All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing time ends at 3pm every day, orders placed afterwards will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 1-3 business days for orders within Dhaka City.
- Delivery within 1-4 business days for orders within Dhaka Division.
- Delivery within 2-6 business days for orders outside of Dhaka Division.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (additional charges may apply). Only Applicable for Inside Dhaka City Orders.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Our Delivery Charges are as follows for orders up to 1kg weight:
· Inside Dhaka City = 60tk
· Inside Dhaka Division = 80-100tk
· Outside Dhaka Division = 120tk
· Express Delivery = 120tk
For orders that weights more than 1kg, delivery charge will increase as per following:
· Inside Dhaka Division = 15tk per extra kg
· Outside Dhaka Division = 25tk per extra kg
4. Shipping Carrier
We are only partnering with a reliable carrier named Pathao Courier to ensure timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not ship to other countries.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct & all information is there. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at +8801770904727. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged goods, please provide photo evidence when contacting us.
9. PO Boxes
We currently do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
